With basic private lessons, our trainer comes to your home at your convenience for an hour.

Basic private lesson dog training offers a personalized way to achieve the specific results you want with your dog. This one-on-one approach is ideal for owners who are ready to invest time and effort into reaching their training goals.
Each private lesson builds on the last. We start with an evaluation to determine what skills your dog already has and tailor each lesson to build on those skills. In subsequent lessons, we’ll review previously learned skills and introduce new ones to work on throughout the week. Our certified and experienced dog trainer guides you step-by-step, showing you how to train and communicate effectively with your own dog. Through private lessons, you’ll learn to move your dog through each phase of training, creating a reliable, confident, and well-behaved companion.
Because private lesson dog training focuses on empowering you as the handler, consistent practice at home is key. Your trainer will assign “homework” each week to reinforce progress and ensure lasting results.
During every session, our trainer also takes time to answer your questions about training techniques, behavior issues, and daily living with your dog. You’ll receive personalized feedback, helpful tips, and expert advice designed to strengthen the bond between you and your dog.

Our group dog training classes provide the perfect opportunity to help your dog build confidence and social skills in a safe, structured setting—guided by an experienced professional dog trainer.
In these classes, your dog will learn essential obedience commands and good manners, while you gain valuable, hands-on knowledge as an owner. You’ll discover how to effectively reinforce obedience at home, understand the importance of early socialization, and explore fun ways to keep your dog mentally and physically engaged every day.
Depending on your dog’s progress, our trainer may also introduce exciting activities such as agility foundations or skill training—giving your pup a chance to try something new while strengthening focus and coordination.
Each of our group dog training classes is carefully designed to strengthen the bond between you and your dog through positive communication and teamwork. Classes are held in a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment where both people and dogs enjoy learning together.

Reactive Dog
These lessons focus on dog reactivity rather than human reactivity.

Our dog reactivity lessons are specifically designed for owners who need help managing and improving their dog’s reactivity toward other dogs. These focused sessions address behaviors such as barking, lunging, or pulling on leash when your dog sees another dog—whether at home, on walks, or in public spaces.
Reactivity toward other dogs is a common issue and often stems from frustration, overexcitement, fear, or lack of proper socialization. While these behaviors can be stressful and embarrassing, they are highly manageable with the right training approach and guidance.
During our dog reactivity lessons, our experienced trainer will assess your dog’s behavior, identify triggers, and create a customized training plan to help your dog stay calm and focused around other dogs. We use proven, positive, and science-based methods to gradually change your dog’s emotional response and teach alternative, appropriate behaviors.

Please note: these lessons are only for dogs who are reactive to other dogs. If your dog shows reactivity or aggression toward humans, we recommend discussing a different type of behavior program better suited to that issue.

As you progress through the lessons, prior techniques will be reviewed, consistency will be strengthened, and your dog’s learning will expand each week.
Our certified, experienced trainer works directly with you, demonstrating effective communication and training methods designed to bring out the best in your dog. With advanced private lesson dog training, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to guide your dog through every stage—from basic manners to advanced obedience—resulting in a calm, reliable, and well-mannered companion.

Bringing home a new puppy is an exciting experience—your new family member will quickly become an important part of your life! However, your puppy’s early learning experiences play a crucial role in shaping their behavior and confidence as they grow.
During their first year, puppies go through several key developmental stages. Participating in structured puppy training classes during this period is essential. Our program focuses on positive socialization opportunities, foundational obedience skills, and proper manners—all of which set your puppy up for lifelong success. Early training not only helps your puppy grow into a well-behaved, confident adult dog but also reduces the likelihood of future behavior problems, making life easier and more enjoyable for you both.
Our experienced and certified dog trainer understands the unique needs of growing puppies. With virtual/Zoom lessons, our trainer meets you where you are, virtually, for an hour.

Conducted live over Zoom, these private training sessions offer the same personalized attention and expert guidance as our in-person lessons, all from the comfort and convenience of your own space.
Virtual lessons are ideal for dog owners who prefer flexible scheduling, live outside our service area, or want to work on training goals in their dog’s familiar home environment. You’ll receive real-time coaching from a certified dog trainer who tailors each session to your specific needs, goals, and challenges.
During your virtual private lesson, your trainer will:
Observe and assess your dog’s behavior in their natural environment
Demonstrate training techniques using clear, step-by-step instruction
Provide personalized feedback to help you refine your handling skills
Answer any questions about training, behavior, or daily routines
These sessions can cover a wide range of topics, from basic obedience and manners to leash walking, puppy training, or behavior troubleshooting. You’ll also receive follow-up notes and “homework” after each session to ensure continued progress between lessons.
