I have always had a passion for animals, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to work with dogs in some way, but I couldn’t decide how. When I was diagnosed with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I began training my dog, Pepper, to become my service dog. It was during that process that I knew what was my purpose. After doing my research, the obvious choice to me was to contact CATCH Canine Trainers Academy and become a professional dog trainer through their program. During my studies, I had the privilege of doing my externship with the amazing trainers at Applause Your Paws here in Miami, FL and was hired by my CATCH mentor, Dee Hoult, as one of their professional trainers upon graduation.
